Noted camera leaker nokishita has shared a large number of pictures of the forthcoming Fujifilm Instax Mini 11 instant still camera. The next device in the series is as chunky and colorful-looking as is expected, and it seems to follow in similar lines to its predecessor, the Instax Mini 9. The Instax Mini 11 is so called because the “Instax Mini 10” name has already been used for a camera that was actually released in 1998.
The leaked images of the Fujifilm Instax Mini 11 will no doubt please fans of the range with its fun design language and choice of colors. The latest set of pictures show the Instax Mini 11 in no less than five colors, which are named charcoal gray, ice white, blush pink, sky blue, and lilac purple. The Mini 11 is expected to be officially announced on February 26.
Specifications for the Fujifilm Instax Mini 11 haven’t been shared yet, but it’s expected that the new camera will offer some more digital functions over its predecessor, and there seems to be a selfie lens available for those who want an instant printed selfie fix. The first Instax was released in 1998, with the more recent cameras becoming big sellers in markets such as the US and Asia.
