Verdict – Rugged power bank
The INIU Outdoor Rugged 20000 fast charges up to three devices at a time. Its simple design includes a four-level battery indicator and a power button to control the white and red flashlights.
Among its drawbacks, it lacks detailed battery level information that other power banks deliver, and its maximum per-port output drops when multiple devices are being charged.
Nonetheless, the Outdoor Rugged 20000 comes with a carabiner for attachment to backpacks or tents, a strap that converts into a USB-C charging cable, and a durable body that survives dunks and drops.

Design
The INIU Outdoor Rugged 20000 is IP67-rated, meaning it is dust-tight and can be submerged to a depth of 1 m (3.3. ft.) for up to 30 minutes. It did not bend or break when sat on or stepped on during testing.
Both flat sides are made of textured plastic, while silicone covers all of the edges. The battery sits stably on a flat surface on its two flat sides, but falls over when sat on its edges.

A flexible flap seals out water and dust from the charging ports, which are located next to the flashlight at the front. One USB-A port and two USB-C ports are located behind the flap.

One long edge has a four-level battery indicator along with a power button that controls the flashlight. Charging a device with the INIU Outdoor Rugged 20000 is as simple as connecting it with a cable. The power bank will automatically turn on and start charging. At the same time, the LED battery level indicator will show the current charge level.
The power button measures about 8 mm (0.3 in.) in diameter, and an audible click accompanies each press.

Two presses of the button switch the light on or off. The flashlight switches between high-output white light, low-output white light, low-output red light, and red strobe modes with each press.
The soft edges of the white and red light beams are not perfectly round due to the offset spread, but in actual use, the wide spread and soft falloff result in flood patterns that appear round.

On the rear, a tripod socket allows the included swiveling ring to be screwed on so that the carabiner and USB-C cable strap can be attached for easier carrying.
Although the power bank is designed to survive drops, safe handling of any lithium battery as described by the National Fire Protection Association will help minimize lithium battery fires.

Flashlight modes
The Outdoor Rugged 20000 can be used as a flashlight when camping or at home. The brightest white mode appears a touch dimmer than the 100-lumen medium mode of the ArkPro Ultra flashlight, so users will be able to see objects across a bedroom fairly well, but will struggle once the distance doubles, especially outdoors on a rainy night.
The human eye sees differently than a camera sensor, so the photos below are exposed to match what one actually sees.

Charging devices
The power bank had no issues charging or powering a variety of devices, including smartphones, headphones, toys, and game controllers during testing.
When only one port is in use, either USB-C port can output up to 65W and the USB-A port can output up to 18W. When more than one port is in use, the ports can output a maximum combined 15W.
Some of the energy drawn from the power bank is unavoidably lost during the power delivery and charging process. In one test starting with a full charge, the 72 Wh INIU power bank charged a 57.75 Wh Cuktech 15 Air power bank from 0% to 100% while fully depleting the INIU. The energy transfer efficiency in this case was 80.2%.
Recharging the power bank

Recharging the power bank is as simple as connecting it to a USB-C power source, which accepts up to 45W of power during fast charging. The LED status lights will blink during charging while indicating the current battery level and will remain on when fully charged.
During testing, charging from 0% to 100% took 2h 18m while pulling up to 2.9A at 15.1V from the charger. The temperature of the power bank rose as high as 45.8°C (114.4°F) during charging on a 28.0°C (82.4°F) day.
Conclusion
The rugged INIU Outdoor Rugged 20000 power bank conveniently fast-charges up to three devices at once and can be used as a flashlight while camping or during emergencies.
