When the Huawei MateBook Pro was announced earlier this year, it was released in three colors — Inkstone Black, Sunny Blue, and White. Starting today, the 14.2-inch HarmonyOS-powered notebook is now available to buy in a fourth color option.
The new color is called Dawn Pink and is exclusive to the 32GB RAM + 1TB configuration. Buyers can choose between the standard variant, priced at ¥8,899, or the ¥9,899 version with a PaperMatte display. The Huawei MateBook Pro in Dawn Pink has a similar finish to the other color options. However, unlike the Sunny Blue, whose keyboard and trackpad match its color, the Dawn Pink variant has a pink trackpad but black keys. Save for this difference, the rest of the specs are the same.
The MateBook Pro has a 14.2-inch 120Hz OLED display with rounded corners, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a 3120 × 2080 resolution. According to the spec sheet, the display has a typical brightness level of 600 nits and a peak brightness level of 1,000 nits. While the Dawn Pink variant is available with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, Huawei also sells the MateBook Pro in 24GB RAM + 512GB SSD and 32GB RAM + 2TB SSD storage options.
The notebook has Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, a fingerprint scanner in the power button, a 1080p webcam, and a 70Wh battery that charges at up to 140W. For ports, the MateBook Pro has three USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type-C) ports. It also has six speakers, four microphones, backlit keys, and a privacy switch.
The 2025 Huawei MateBook Pro remains exclusive to China, although you can order one through Aliexpress or eBay (not the pink model, though).
