Honor MagicBook Art 14 announced with Intel Meteor Lake processor and OLED screen

Honor has launched its MagicBook Art 14 globally. Unlike other offerings showed off at IFA 2024 with Lunar Lake chips, this one uses a last-gen Meteor Lake-based Core Ultra 7 155H. Unfortunately, Honor hasn't mentioned how much RAM or storage comes with the laptop, but we can reasonably expect it to be up to 32 GB and 1 TB, respectively.

The Honor Magic Book 14 Art comes with a 14.6-inch 3.1k OLED panel. While its peak brightness is unknown, it's PWM dimming frequency is set at 4,320 Hz. It is well above noticeable range and should not bother people who are sensitive to flickering. Other features include TUV Rhineland eye protection features, dynamic dimming and an e-book mode to reduce eye strain. For I/O, the Honor MagicBook 14 Art gets two USB Type-A ports, one Thunderbolt 4.0 port, one HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Wi-Fi 7 support isn't explicitly mentioned so one can reasonably assume it tops out at Wi-Fi 6E until proven otherwise. Lastly, the laptop draws power from a 60 Wh battery. You can buy the laptop in three colours: Black, Gold and Green. Honor says it will reveal price and availability details later.
