In conclusion, if you need an inexpensive business laptop that has 16GB of RAM out of the box rather than 8GB and i7 rather than i5 CPU below 1K, this notebook is a good choice. Price can change unexpectedly though. Other laptops that have similar specs will cost up to 1.2k. So for all that you will get, this 15.6-inch HP 15-cs3019nr Pavilion laptop with its 10th Generation Intel i7 is well worth the price.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

99%: This model is obviously considered exceptional by the testers. There are almost no laptops that are rated this well. If the reviews or the sources that give these ratings are to be taken seriously, then it is a very clear buy recommendation. Unfortunately, sometimes top scores are also squandered.
