To sum it up, the Gigabyte Aorus 15 is an enigma. On the one hand, it is a gaming powerhouse with the Core i7 13700H and RTX 4070 Laptop GPU combination. But on the other hand, its compromised webcam, lacklustre speakers, uneven keyboard, and a finicky touchpad make it a difficult recommendation for everyday use. It performs exceedingly well in the specific realm it's designed for but stumbles when asked to be a jack-of-all-trades. So, if you're looking for a pure gaming machine, the Aorus 15 is a worthy consideration (at $3,299). But if you're seeking a versatile daily driver, you might want to keep looking.

Gaming laptops still don't offer maximum portability, but the GIGABYTE AORUS 15 won't take up much space on your desk or in your backpack. At the same time, it has a nice design and display, a lot of ports, is well assembled and, most importantly, works great. Its weak point remains the sound, which is not enough to enjoy the music. In everything else, the new AORUS 15 is just as pleasant to work with as the previous model. Note that the official price of the test kit is 85,499 hryvnias, but this is the maximum option. More affordable versions will also be on sale.

i7-13700H: Alder Lake based mobile CPU with 6 performance cores and 8 efficient cores. The performance cores offer hyper threading, leading to 20 threads that can be processed. The CPU clocks with up to 5 GHz. Compared to the i9-13900HK no easy overclocking supported, but instead full vPro management feature-set.
