With the introduction of the GeekBook series at IFA 2025, Geekom has just entered the laptop market. The first two models showcased are X14 Pro and X16 Pro. Among the two, the main difference is the display size and type. While the former comes with a 14-inch OLED display, the latter has a 16-inch IPS panel.
GeekBook X14 Pro's OLED screen offers a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels, and the IPS of the GeekBook X16 Pro has a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. They are both 16:10 panels with 100% DCI-P3 and sRGB coverage, respectively.
Both are also powered by the Intel Arrow Lake H processors. To be specific, they can be configured with either the Core Ultra 5 225H or the Core Ultra 9 285H. They come with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and among the two, the X14 Pro has one M.2 2280 NVMe slot, while the X16 Pro features an additional M.2 2230 slot.
The port configuration of the two GeekBook laptops also seems decent, and both come with one USB4 port, which makes them compatible with eGPUs. As the X14 Pro is smaller in size, it gets a 78-key keyboard and a 70 Wh battery, while the X16 Pro sports a 98-key keyboard and a 75 Wh battery (140 W Anker 737 24K power bank curr. $94.99 on Amazon).
Geekom has not revealed when the GeekBook laptops will be available to purchase and their starting prices. However, given that they were showcased at IFA 2025, the company could share more details sooner rather than later.
