The NVIDIA GeForce ULP in Tegra 3 is a Ultra Low Power graphics card integrated in the Tegra 3 SoC. It is similar to the Tegra 2 GPU but features additional pixel shaders and optimizations. This leads to 8 pixel and 4 vertex shader supporting OpenGL ES 2.0, OpenVG 1.1 and EGL 1.4. Usually Tegra 3 is used in Android based tablets and smartphones, but there are also some Windows RT based devices.

The NVIDIA GeForce ULP is a integrated graphics card in the Tegra 2 SoC for Android tablets and smartphones. It offers 4 pixel and 4 vertex shaders that support OpenGL ES 2.0, OpenVG 1.1 and EGL 1.4. The GeForce ULP supports the output to two displays, one at 1920x1080 via HDMI 1.3 and the integrated at 1024x600 (Tegra 230) or 1680x1050 (Tegra 250).

The performance should slightly above the PowerVR SGX540.
