Motorola's next sub-premium mid-ranger, the Moto Z3 Play, is on its way. Details of the device have trickled across the Internet for a while now, and a new leak by popular tipster Evan Blass has thrown more light on what we should expect from it.
Going by the latest leak, the Z3 Play will be available in an alluring Deep Indigo colorway. While there's nothing particularly impressive about a color option, phones have taken the route of Black, Silver, and Gold—albeit with annoyingly dramatic qualifiers before them—so a color like Indigo is nice. We saw the Huawei P20 Pro in the Twilight colorway a while ago, and while this isn't as spectacular, it's still something different.
The renders don't actually tell us much we don't already know. The Z3 Play will feature an 18:9 display, thankfully without a notch. There are rather sizeable top and bottom chins at the front of the device, and the fingerprint sensor has been relegated to the side of the device, like with some Xperia models. Lastly, there's a headphone jack missing.
