The Moto Z3 and Z3 Play are apparently both using a 6-inch full HD display, and a third Moto Z3 device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 onboard is expected to arrive after a while with a higher-resolution touchscreen.

A fresh stream of leaks has just unveiled what seem to be official shots of the upcoming Moto X5 and Moto G6 lineup, and next to them there are also images of the Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play, as well as a 5G Moto Mod. Before moving on, we just need to keep in mind that all the info below could turn out to be inaccurate.

The Moto Z3 Play snapshot includes the "Zero Borders, Zero Compromises" headline and mentions three highlights, but only one of them (the one concerning the display) actually reveals something specific: Limitless (MotoMods Expandable), Immersive (6" Borderless Display), and Intelligent (Smart Camera & Moto Experiences).

According to other recent rumors and leaks, both the Moto Z3 and Z3 Play have a 6-inch full HD display, and most likely at least a mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. A third Moto Z3 handset that would use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and a high-resolution display could hit the market a while after the Moto Z3 and Z3 Play, which we expect to see unveiled at the end of February.

Strange enough, the Moto Z3 and its companion seem to lack a fingerprint reader, so the rumors go as far as mentioning a face recognition or an iris scanner, but a fingerprint scanner embedded in the display is also in the cards.

At last, although 5G connectivity is still being tested and will not hit the masses too soon, an image of a 5G Moto Mod also surfaced online. This module does exactly what the name implies--it adds 5G connectivity to a handset and nothing more. However, it would be nice for this module to feature an embedded battery as well. After all, it is clear that having the mobile data connection enabled never increased the battery life of a handset.
