NuPhy has announced its early Black Friday sale, discounting many highly rated low-profile and full-height wireless mechanical keyboards and accessories, with some of NuPhy's low-profile wireless mechanical keyboards reaching record-low prices.

NuPhy has recently released a flurry of new wireless keyboard models, from the playful Kick75, with its retro gaming aesthetic and the upcoming retro-inspired Node75, to the more reserved slim Air75 V3, which features 1,200-hour battery life and long-travel low-profile switches.

NuPhy Kick75 - $20 off

The NuPhy Kick75 is one of the more interesting mechanical keyboards of the year. It features tri-mode connectivity, a unique retro gaming-inspired design, and NuPhy's comfortable nSA or mSA keycaps. It was also the first in NuPhy's mechanical keyboard line-up to support profile switching, allowing users to purchase a swap kit — containing alternative switches, keycaps, and a new plate and top case — in order to switch between high- and low-profiles.

While the profile switching of the Kick75 was little more than a novel gimmick to the end user, the design features that allowed for that capability also made the Kick75 an excellent mid-range keyboard. Usually $119.95, the Kick75 wireless keyboard with QMK/VIA firmware is currently discounted to $99.95

In a recent hands-on keyboard round-up, we praised the Kick75 for its smooth Red Max switches, surprisingly low front height that makes typing comfortable, and its solid wireless connectivity. The NuPhyIO version is also discounted, although this Black Friday discount only offers $10 off, bringing the price down to $89.95.

NuPhy Air75/65/96 V2 - 30% off

The NuPhy Air V2 series has been around for a while now, offering wireless connectivity via Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.4 GHz, customisation with QMK/VIA compatibility, and a satisfying typing experience. This comfort is in part thanks to the low-profile design and NuPhy's Gateron collaboration switches — available in a range of linear, tactile, and even clicky variants. The Air V2 keyboards are designed to pair well with laptops, with lightweight designs and feet that slot in between common laptop keys, but they can just as easily be used as a desktop keyboard, where the slim design is a boon for comfort.

As the name suggests, the Air75 V2 is a compact 75% keyboard, while the Air60 V2 cuts away the F row and the navigation keys for an even more compact layout, and the Air96 V2 goes all-in with a 96% layout, replete with a num pad. All three wireless mechanical keyboards are hot-swap compatible with Gateron Low-Profile KS-33 2.0 mechanical switches (curr. $39.99 for 90 pcs on Amazon), so you can customise the keyboard feel quickly and easily.

For NuPhy's Black Friday sale, the Air V2 series has been discounted by 30%, dropping prices to the following:

If you're looking for a similar wireless full-height option, the Halo V2 series offers identical functionality and layout support, although swaps out the low-profile Gateron switches and nSA keycaps for traditional 5-pin MX-style full-height switches and NuPhy's mSA keycaps.

NuPhyX BH65 and NuPhy Air60 HE - 30% off

NuPhy has also discounted some of the more unique Hall effect keyboards in its gaming series by 30%, bringing both the Air60 HE and NuPhyX BH65 down to under $100 and giving potential buyers a choice between low-profile and full-height gaming keyboards.

The NuPhyX BH65 is, as the name suggests, a 65% Hall effect gaming keyboard. It doesn't feature wireless connectivity or QMK firmware, but it is customisable through NuPhyIO, NuPhy's in-house customisation suite that gives users access to features like actuation point customisation, rapid trigger, SOCD, and DKS. The BH65 is available with either the Gateron Magnetic Jade Pro switches we tested in our hands-on review of the Iqunix EZ63, or the lighter Magnetic Jade Gaming switches, both of which offer smooth actuation and 3.5 mm total travel distance. At just $97.30 in the Black Friday sale, the BH65 is a decently cheap Hall effect keyboard, especially given the design, and an affordable way to get hold of two of the best Hall effect switches around — a set of 70 Magnetic Jade Pro switches alone retails for $56 on Amazon

The BH65 features an all-aluminium case, 8 kHz polling rate (with 16 kHz scan rate), and has double-shot PBT keycaps for a premium feel. The black case is accented by north-facing per-key RGB backlighting and side accent LEDs for some visual flair.

The NuPhy Air60 HE takes things a little further into compact territory, with a 60% layout and low-profile Gateron Magnetic Jade or Jade Pro switches. Much like the recently released Air75 V3, despite the low-profile design, the Gateron Magnetic Jade series switches in the Air60 HE offers up to 3.3 mm of travel, nearing many full-height HE switches. The Air60 HE is designed as a portable alternative to keyboards like the BH65, and, as such, has an aluminium top case and an ABS plastic bottom case, the latter of which also enables two-stage flip out feet for 3°, 7°, or 10° typing angles.
