Shortly after GMKtec launched the EVO-T1 in China, the company has now made the Arrow Lake mini PC available to the global market. There's a promotional offer available as well, which has made the base configuration with 1 TB of storage down to $999.99 from $1,299.99. The 2 TB config, on the other hand, is now available at $1,079.99 with the promo discount applied.
As for the mini PC itself, the GMKtec EVO-T1 comes with the Intel Core Ultra 9 285H, a top-end CPU from the Arrow Lake lineup. It's paired with 64 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 5600 MT/s, and the company notes that the system has support for up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6400 MT/s.
In addition, the EVO-T1 has a total of three PCIe 4.0x4 slots for up to 8 TB of total storage (4 TB Samsung 990 EVO Plus SSD curr. $251.91 on Amazon). There's a decent selection of connectivity ports as well, including:
- 1x HDMI 2.1
- 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 2x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C
- 3x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A
- 1x USB4
- 2x 2.5G Ethernet
- 1x OCuLink
On the note of the port configuration, the inclusion of both USB4 and OCuLink ports expands the mini PC's compatibility with eGPUs. Of course, the Intel Arc 140T iGPU of the Core Ultra 9 285H can also handle AAA games with respectable frame rates at the 1080p resolution.
Among the other highlights of the EVO-T1 are three performance modes, a VC cooling setup with a "silent" fan, and support for four-display output. You can learn more about this Intel Arrow Lake mini PC from the video attached below.
