AMD Strix Halo have shown up in an increasing number of mini-PCs. Nvidia's DGX Spark, on the other hand, has been a lot more scarce and limited to a handful of OEMs like Asus and Lenovo. Dell has now joined that club with the new Dell Pro Max mini-PC (not to be confused with the Dell Pro Max laptop lineup).
It uses Nvidia's GB10 SoC with a 20-core CPU (10x Cortex-X925 + 10x Cortex-X725) and an Nvidia Blackwell GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores. The Dell Pro Max offers 128 GB of LPDDR5x unified memory with 2/4 TB of solid-state storage. One can connect multiple machines via the Nvidia ConnectX port. Only Nvidia's DGX-OS appears to be supported.
For I/O, the Dell Pro Max comes with three USB-C ports with DP functionality, one USB-C power port, one HDMI 2.1 port, and a 10 Gb/s Ethernet. It uses a 280 Watt power adapter (included in the box). The Dell Pro Max will be available starting October 15, but Dell hasn't divulged its price. Given that it is a high-power AI machine, it won't be cheap.
