Deal | Garmin Epix 2 now available for just US$519 on Amazon, including AMOLED display, 16-day battery life, 10 ATM and NFC

The second-generation Garmin Epix was launched last year at prices starting at US$899.99, but Garmin has now reduced the RRP of the standard model to $799.99. The watch features a stainless steel and polymer case that is water-resistant up to 10 ATM, is protected by Gorilla Glass DX and has a diameter of 47 millimetres.

For those whom a $100 price reduction is not enough, the smartwatch can be ordered over Amazon for just $519 in the Slate Steel color- a record low price as the same model cannot be found elsewhere for less than $799.99 in a price comparison. Prices of the more expensive Black Titanium and White Titanium colors have been dropped to $599.99 and $605.00, respectively, with both prices representing a 33% discount. For these prices, buyers receive a high-end smartwatch with a round 1.3-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 416 x 416 and a battery life of up to 16 days in normal use, or six days with the always-on display activated.
