Fresh ’n Rebel has launched new Clam Ace 2 over‑ear headphones with adaptive hybrid noise-cancelling, a personalized sound suite, and long battery life. They are priced at €99.99 and available in six colors.
The Rotterdam brand’s Clam Ace 2 has a companion My Sound app for custom EQ, button remapping, ANC level control, a volume cap, and a battery‑saver mode. Personal Sound by Audiodo runs an in‑app hearing test and builds an individualized profile that boosts or attenuates frequencies to improve detail and sound clarity.
Noise control is handled by Adaptive Hybrid ANC with adjustable strength, plus an Ambient Sound Mode for awareness. Outdoors, wind noise reduction and dual ENC mics are present to keep music and calls clear.
Hardware-wise, there is on‑ear detection, a volume wheel, and earcup buttons for transport and mode switching. Multipoint Bluetooth supports two devices at once for quick handoffs between, for example, a laptop and a phone.
Battery life is quoted at over 100 hours on a charge, which should be great for multi‑week use, especially for commuters and travelers. The headphones ship in Fresh ’n Rebel’s six signature finishes: Ice Grey, Pastel Pink, Dreamy Lilac, Dried Green, True Blue, and Storm Grey.
The company lists European pricing at €99.99. That's 30 euros cheaper than the Clam Ace headphones, which launched at €129.99.
