Reviews for the Chuwi HiPad
The Chuwi HiPad retails for around $200 USD with compelling specifications such as its 1200p touchscreen, deca-core Helio X27 SoC, 3 GB RAM, and Android 8.0 software. Actual performance, however, is still reflective of the super-budget category.

ARM Mali-T880 MP4: Mobile graphics solution for tablets and smartphones, which can be found in ARM SoCs like the HiSilicon Kirin 950.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.
MT6797X: ARM based deca-core SoC with three clusters: 2x Cortex-A72 @2.6 GHz (performance), 4x Cortex-A53 @2 GHz (balanced), 4x Cortex-A53 @1.6 GHz (power saver cores) for smartphones and tablets.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
This is a typical display size for tablets and small convertibles.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.
This is pretty heavy for a smartphone. Usually, small tablets weigh as much.
56.73%: Such a bad rating is rare. There exist hardly any notebooks, which are rated worse.
