Reviews for the Chuwi AeroBook Plus
One way to cut manufacturing costs is to use older components. So, what happens when you use a processor that's nearly five years old? For $600 to $700 USD, results aren't half bad.

Note this is a pre-release loan unit I reviewed, the touchpad issue will be fixed in the final version, the lowest screen brightness will be lowered, Chuwi will also post a guide on how to boot Linux and correct battery capacity will be shown in the final model I've been told.

Intel Iris Graphics 550: Integrated GPU (GT3e) with 48 EUs and dedicated eDRAM memory found on some Skylake CPU models (28 W series).
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
6287U: Skylake-based dual-core processor for notebooks and ultrabooks. Offers an integrated Iris Graphics 550 GPU with eDRAM memory and is manufactured in 14 nm.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
73.2%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
