Casio G-Shock Gravitymaster leak hints at December launch with redesigned strap and premium pricing

Casio could be preparing another addition to its recently launched G-Shock Gravitymaster lineup. A new report from Japanese publication Great G-Shock World, which received information from multiple followers, says the upcoming GWR-B3000SC-1A will feature a deep-grey fabric strap combining Kevlar, nylon and metal components. It will reportedly come with a forged buckle and a quick-release pull tab inspired by emergency escape equipment. This would mark a notable departure from the urethane straps found on existing Gravitymaster models.
The watch itself is also said to feature a more aggressive design, with yellow and red accents appearing on its hands, button guards and strap fittings. While the existing GWR-B3000 models have relatively understated colour schemes, the rumoured variant appears to lean further into the collection’s aviation-inspired aesthetic.
For context, Casio introduced the GWR-B3000 series earlier this year with its new Tough Movement 2 technology, Bluetooth connectivity, Multiband 6 radio synchronisation and Tough Solar charging. The watches also feature sapphire crystal, 200 m water resistance and a structure designed to withstand shocks, vibrations and centrifugal forces. It remains unclear whether the new variant will retain all these specifications unchanged.
The report claims the GWR-B3000SC-1A will launch in Japan in December 2026 for ¥154,000 ($981). That would make it slightly more expensive than the three existing models.
