Casio launching four new G-Shock watches with gray-black theme

Four new Casio G-Shock watches have been spotted at a Vietnamese retailer. They are referred to with the following model numbers: DW-5600MTM-8, DWE-5600MTM-8, DW-5900MTM-8 and DW-6900MTM-8.

The retailer G-Shock Hai Phong has shared images of the four new Casio watches. Each appears to have a matte gray and black color scheme with silver accents like buttons. Casio has yet to officially announce this new range of G-Shocks, which each use the sequence “MTM” in their model number. As such, their theme is unconfirmed. However, reputable leakers like geesgshock suggest that they could be a new Mixtape series, like that released in 2024, based on the leaked model numbers.

The Casio G-Shock DW-5600MTM-8 is a rectangular digital watch with a resin strap. While the DWE-5600MTM-8, another digital model, is similar in shape, it comes with a metal strap. The picture of this watch indicates that the upper and lower parts of the strap could have different colored finishes. The DW-5900MTM-8 and DW-6900MTM-8 are both round resin watches. These digital models have a different arrangement of a Triple Graph and a larger display on their faces, as well as slightly different feature sets.

It is thought that the Casio G-Shock DW-5600MTM-8, DWE-5600MTM-8, DW-5900MTM-8 and DW-6900MTM-8 watches will be officially released at some point in November 2026. However, an exact launch date and the pricing of these models have yet to be confirmed by the Japanese watchmaker.
