Casio releasing new monochrome watches with color-changing feature

Casio is launching two new Baby-G watches: the BGA-10-1A and the BGA-10-7A1. This series of watches, launched in 2025, has an unusual watch face, with heart-shaped cut-outs that appear to change color daily thanks to a rotating wheel underneath.

The new Casio Baby-G watches have a monochrome design. The BGA-10-1A is black, whilte while the BGA-10-7A1 is white, with both appearing to have black, gray and white hearts; the gradient of the heart changes daily. This model also has a Cupid's arrow shaped second hand, curved hour and minute hands, and raised Arabic numerals.

Casio’s Baby-G BGA-10 is a shock resistant model with a resin casing and strap. It is waterproof to 100 m and should run for around three years on an SR920SW battery. According to Casio, the analog model remains accurate to within 20 seconds each month. Plus, there is a basic date display in the three o’clock position and a rotating crown.

Spotted on the Casio Thailand website, the Baby-G BGA-10-1A and BGA-10-7A watches are expected to officially launch in November 2026. Here, they are listed with a recommended retail price of ฿3,500 (~$104). However, the pricing and availability of these watches in other markets like North America have yet to be confirmed.
