The modular design of the Beelink ME Pro NAS has been showcased in a new teaser video. This system, which can also double as a mini PC, comes with a drawer-style slot, which allows users to swap between AMD, Intel, and ARM-based main boards.

Beelink initially teased the ME Pro earlier in December 2025, and now, the company has shown more of the design it's working with. Among the two newly shared videos, one showcases the sleek unibody design of the NAS. While the two-bay model was showcased in this specific video, the company previously mentioned that there will be a four-bay option as well.

Speaking of which, as the company previously claimed, the two-bay NAS does seem to be relatively compact, though it's not clear yet whether it will be 50% smaller than the competition. The most interesting bit is in the second teaser video, which shows the modular design of the Beelink ME Pro.

As the video demonstrates, the NAS will feature a drawer-style interior design, allowing users to easily swap between AMD, Intel, and ARM-based motherboards. It's more like what Framework is doing with its Laptop 13, but this implementation is for NAS.

Of course, it's not clear how well Beelink will handle this multi-platform nature of the NAS. After all, this would mean that the company will need to maintain its custom NAS-focused operating system for multiple architectures. However, the fact that it's offering more flexibility makes it quite a unique NAS.

The company has also shared that the Beelink ME Pro will function both like a mini PC and a NAS. This hints that the swappable boards will come with capable processors. The second teaser has further shared that there will be M.2 slots for SSDs (2 TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD curr. $209.99 on Amazon), which would make the two-bay model capable of holding up to five drives.

There's still no word on when the ME Pro will launch, and the core specs of the NAS are still under wraps. More official details are expected to emerge soon.
