Reviews for the Asus VivoBook Pro 15 M3500QA-L1082W
Source: Ultrabook Review
This AMD-variant of the VivoBook Pro 15 series is one of the best-balanced mid-tier all-around laptops you can get for around 1000 EUR at this point. Asus offers this in either affordable configurations with Radeon graphics, or more powerful units with 8C Ryzen processors and an RTX 3050 chip, and both are perfectly capable of handling everyday multitasking and regular school/work loads, as well as some gaming on the side. Just make sure to understand and accept the particularities and quirks explained in the detailed review down below.

AMD Vega 8: Integrated graphics card of the Ryzen APUs based on the Vega architecture with 8 CUs (= 512 shaders) and a clock of up to 2.100 MHz.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
R7 5800H: A high-performance, laptop-grade, octa-core APU. The Ryzen features eight SMT-enabled Zen 3 cores running at 3.2 GHz to 4.4 GHz along with the Vega 8 graphics adapter that runs at up to 2,000 MHz.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
