And while it’s not the most portable—especially compared to the ultra-thin Razer Blade or upcoming Nvidia Max-Q laptops—it’s small enough for a normal backpack, and light enough to not break your back. Of course, if you insist on more screen real estate, the 17-inch GL702VS is effectively the same laptop in a larger frame.

ASUS ROG GL502VS-DS71 comes with high price and excellent performance for most gamers I would dare to say. There’s very little the Core i7 processor and GTX 1070 card could not do for you. Even people with Triple A games or resource-intensive software such as Photoshop find the processor and other components enough. The display is also great thanks to the 1080p screen and other goodies. I think this rig can do anything a gamer is looking for – hence I can recommend it no problems!

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Mobile: Pascal based high-end mobile graphics card based on a cut down GP104 (like the GTX 1080) and GDDR5 graphics memory. Successor to the GTX 980M with a 10 Watts higher TDP. Similar to the desktop GTX 1070 performance wise, but with more shaders and lower clock speeds.
With these GPUs you are able to play modern and demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution.

i7-7700HQ: Quad-core notebook processor based on the Kaby Lake architecture. Besides four CPU cores (including Hyper Threading), the chips also integrates the HD Graphics 630 GPU and is manufactured in an improved 14 nm process.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
15.60":
15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

80%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
