It features unparalleled performance with the 7th generation Intel Core i7 quad-core processor and the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics with Microsoft DirectX 12 support. The latest hardware is capable of providing powerful and efficient performance for hardcore gaming sessions, live streaming, video editing and other multitasking productivity scenarios. With a profile of 2.3 cm and a weight of just 2.2 kg, the ROG Strix GL502 is an ultraportable device that user can transport comfortably in any backpack or shoulder bag. Users can enjoy their games while waiting for a flight, relax in a cafeteria or compete in a LAN party with the ROG Strix GL502. As for material, the cover of the laptop is made of aluminum, whereas the chassis is made of plastic. The ROG Strix GL502 incorporates a gum-type gaming keyboard with very comfortable and precise scissor-type keys with red backlighting. The keyboard also includes a clearly differentiated WASD area. The anti-ghosting keys guarantee the registration of up to 30 presses in an instant and correct way, even if users press them all at the same time. The ROG G502 incorporates the Nvidia G-SYNC technology, which eliminates delays and jerks that often accompany V-Sync. Nvidia G-SYNC synchronizes the refresh rate of the screen with the GPU to eliminate choppy images and reduce jerks and delays. Hence, users can enjoy perfect action without affecting system performance. To pair the G-SYNC technology, the gaming laptop includes a 15.6-inch panel with very fast response time and exceptional color fidelity from any angle.

Thanks to network traffic optimization, the ASUS GameFirst III technology provides faster online gaming without delays.
