Anker is launching the Everfrost Cooler 2 at CES 2025. The product is designed for outdoor use and arrives as a follow-up to the popular original model, which was released in 2023.
The EverFrost Cooler 2 portable refrigerator is available in three sizes: 23L, 40L and 58L. It offers cooling and freezing, with the ability to set the temperature between -20 and 20°C (-4 and 68°F). According to Anker, the FrostFlow 360° air circulation ensures fast cooling and the largest 58L version has two compartments, allowing you to freeze and cool simultaneously. The fridges are equipped with two 288Wh batteries, which are said to provide over four days, or up to 104 hours, of freshness for the stored food and drink. These estimates reflect the almost doubled battery capacity compared to its predecessor; the original 33L version lasted for 42 hours.
The new model can be recharged via AC, USB-C, car socket or a 100W solar input. Plus, the batteries double as a power bank, offering 60W USB-C and 12W USB-A ports. You can adjust Everfrost’s settings or remotely monitor them in the Anker app. Other features include wheels and a handle to make it easier to transport, a fold-down tray and an IPX3 water resistance rating.
While pricing has yet to be revealed, we know that the 40L and 58L versions of the Anker Everfrost Cooler 2 will be available to pre-order in the US from February 21 Anker.com. General sales of these products will begin on March 7, and the smaller 23L variant will land in Q2. The release date and pricing for other markets like Europe remain to be seen.
