Amazon is offering the Kishi V2 mobile gaming controller for Android and Apple smartphones at $39.99, its lowest price ever after a huge $60 discount off the MSRP of $99.99.
The Razer Nexus game launcher app gives gamers the convenience of optimized mappings and settings for thousands of games, including games served from popular streaming game services. Gamers can further customize all controller mappings and settings to their desires. Only the Android app can map on-screen controls in touchscreen-only games to the physical buttons, sticks, and triggers. The app is also used to update the Kishi firmware with new features.
The USB-C or Lightning connection eliminates battery recharging and wireless lag with a direct connection to docked phones. The USB-C connection also allows the Kishi V2 for Android to be used as a wired PC game controller. The Kishi allows for pass-through charging of smartphones.
The Razer Kishi V2 measures 3.6 x 7.1 x 1.3 in. (92.2 x 180.7 x 33.9 mm) and weighs 4.3 oz. (123 g). The expanding game controller stretches to fit larger smartphones up to 0.45 in. (11.5 mm) in total thickness and 6.7 in. (170 mm) in total length.
