Deal | Anker 727 Charging Station (GaNPrime 100W) discounted with free gift
The Anker 727 Charging Station (GaNPrime 100W) is currently discounted in the US. You can now save US$20 on the device via an in-page coupon at the Anker online store and Amazon storefront. This reduces the price of the gadget from US$99.99 to US$79.99. Plus, at the Anker store, customers currently receive a free Anker 323 Charger (32W) worth US$27.99 with their purchase. The foldable gadget has two ports for 20W USB-C and 12W USB-A simultaneous charging.
The 727 Charging Station is a six-port power strip with two USB-C, two USB-A ports and two AC outlets. 100W USB-C charging allows you to charge a MacBook Pro 16-in to 50% in 43 minutes or 100% in 101 minutes. The USB-A has a maximum power output of 12W, and simultaneously charging four gadgets via the USB ports reduces the USB-C to 45W and 30W, with the USB-A outputs sharing 15W. A built-in LED indicator shows whether the output power is above or below 90W. ActiveShield 2.0 technology measures the device's temperature 3,000,000 times per day to protect against overheating.
Other safety features include over-voltage and overcurrent protection. The slim power strip is 0.7-in (~18 mm) thick, thanks in part to gallium nitride (GaN) technology, and measures 6.37 x 3.11-in (~162 x 79 mm), making it ideal for taking on a trip. The 727 is not a power bank, so it must be plugged into the mains; the gadget comes with a detachable 5 ft (~1.5 m) cord. It is unclear when these offers on the Anker 727 Charging Station (GaNPrime 100W) will end; the Anker store lists the deal as "offer ends soon".
