According to first real-world tests, the latest iPhone 15 Pro Max hasn't made any notable progress in terms of battery life despite featuring the company's very first 3nm processor in the form of the Apple A17 Pro. This probably means that power users who often record 4K video or use their new Apple smartphone for other demanding tasks may be in the market for a MagSafe-compatible power bank like the Anker 621, which has now been put on sale at Amazon.
The ultra-compact power bank, which attaches magnetically to the back of an iPhone 15 Pro and any other MagSafe-enabled Apple smartphone, can now be ordered for US$29.99 on Amazon as long as shoppers manually activate the US$10 coupon that the e-commerce leader offers on the according product page. Since the Anker 621 is a fairly small power bank, it has a capacity of just 5,000 mAh, which is enough to fully recharge an iPhone 15 Pro from 0 to 100 percent. The wireless charging speed via MagSafe maxes out at 7.5 watts. Alternatively, the portable battery pack also sports a regular USB-C port that can be used to recharge other devices that do not support Apple's proprietary wireless charging standard which made its smartphone debut with the iPhone 12 series back in 2020.
