Deal | Anker 160-watt Prime docking station with 14-port setup is now $100 off on Amazon

Courtesy of an ongoing sale on Amazon, the Anker Prime docking station with an impressive 160 W output and a total of 14 ports is now available with a substantial 37% discount, which brings its price down to just under $170.
The Anker Prime docking station sports a total of 3 USB-C ports with a peak output of 100 W each. A USB-A port is also present, which can output a maximum of 12 W. Being a dock, the product also features a whole bunch of I/O ports, which have been detailed below:
- Dual USB-C 10 Gbps, single USB-A 10 Gbps, USB-C upstream
- Triple USB-A 480 Mbps
- Gigabit Ethernet
- Dual HDMI 2.0
- 3.5 mm audio jack
Dual monitor display output is also possible with the Anker Prime charging dock. Windows systems max out at 4K and 60 Hz for each monitor, with the help of DP 1.4 with DSC. Macs, on the other hand, can only do 4K at 30 Hz for each monitor. With a single output monitor, both Macs and Windows can do 4K at 60Hz when a DisplayPort 1.4-based connection is used.
The station measures around 5.5 by 3.8 by 1.9 inches, or roughly 14 by 9.7 by 4.7 cm. At around 888 g or roughly around 2 lbs, the Anker Prime charging docking station is quite heavy, which is to be expected given its capabilities.
TechRadar did get a chance to review the product and was left mostly impressed by it. There was no major room for any complaints, although the reviewers did note that the absence of a micro SD card slot might be a deal breaker for some people whose workflows rely on it.
