The list of smartphones, phablets, and tablets that receive the Nougat treat from LG includes the V10, G5, G Pad III 8.0, and the Stylus 2. Even more, it looks like even the two-year-old G4 flagship receives the new firmware.
Back in March, Android Community found out that LG V10 and LG G4 would get Android Nougat. Now, LG unveiled a longer list of devices that get Google's latest major Android version, including a G Pad tablet.
The list of smartphones, phablets, and apparently one tablet that LG has just begun updating includes the following: LG G Pad III 8.0, LG G5, LG Stylus 2, LG V10, and LG G4. To be able to receive the update, one needs to get LG Bridge before anything else.
The new firmware comes with the usual Nougat changes, such as multi-window mode, improved Doze mode for extended battery life, improved notifications, window resizing, bundled notifications, overhauled settings, number blocking, and more.
The update comes via OTA so some users of the devices mentioned above might not receive the notification for a few more days. However, those in a hurry can always check manually for the new software, as usual.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
