The 2020 Razer Blade 15 Base Model launched earlier this year for a hefty price of $1800 USD. Last week, Razer dropped the by price to $1600 in honor of back-to-school season. Now, Amazon is one-upping Razer in its own game by offering the exact same model and configuration for $1500 instead.
This specific Razer configuration comes with a non Max-Q GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, 10th gen Core i7-10750H CPU, 512 GB NVMe SSD, 144 Hz 1080p display, and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM.
Even at this sale price however, the Blade 15 will still cost you a couple hundred more dollars than most other 15.6-inch laptops equipped with the exact same CPU and GPU. The premium you'll be paying will be going towards the attractive visual design and high quality metal chassis of the Razer. Most gaming laptops in the ~$1000 price range are typically thicker and made of cheaper plastic materials.
