Amazon adds two new free games to Luna

Prime members get access to several benefits through their subscription, including a fresh lineup of free games every month. These titles are available to claim through Amazon Luna (formerly Prime Gaming), and it looks like the company has now added two new free games to the service, marking the first additions to this month's lineup. 

Two new games added to Luna

The first game is Hiveswap Friendsim (GOG), a story-driven visual novel set in the Homestuck and Hiveswap universe. You play as an unnamed protagonist who crash-lands on the dangerous alien world of Alternia with almost nothing to survive. While finding food and shelter is important, your biggest goal is to make friends in a world filled with strange and unpredictable trolls. 

Throughout the game, you'll visit different locations, from underground clubs to grand mansions, while meeting a unique cast of characters. The game features a dark comedic tone and is designed as an episodic adventure that expands on the world introduced in Hiveswap. 

The second new addition, Right and Down (GOG), offers a completely different experience. It combines roguelike gameplay, dungeon crawling, and deck-building mechanics into a game that is controlled using just two buttons: right and down. Each dungeon is randomly generated, forcing players to carefully plan every decision. You'll need to decide whether to avoid dangerous enemies or defeat them for valuable rewards, while collecting powerful artifacts that unlock new abilities and strategies. 

The game also includes six playable heroes, more than 100 artifacts to discover, and nine unique dungeons, each introducing new mechanics and increasing the challenge. With every run being different, there's plenty of replay value for players who enjoy strategy-focused roguelikes.

Both games are now available to Prime members through Amazon Luna at no extra cost. However, Right and Down is free to claim until September 5, while Hiveswap Friendsim will remain available until September 9. If you manage to add them to your library before that, they are yours to keep forever.
