The Nova 5 is a new quasi-high-end smartphone destined for launch on June 21, 2019. Despite this, its leaks seem to keep coming. The latest is a device with a model number and specs that may match the upcoming device on Geekbench.

Huawei is set to release the Nova 5 in a June 21, 2019 event. This phone could be seen as another version of the Honor 20, with an in-display fingerprint sensor but without a punch-hole camera. The Nova 5 is projected to stick with a waterdrop-style notch instead.

Considering the OEM's acknowledgement of this phone - and that its release will apparently remain undisrupted by its maker's recent issues courtesy of the current US government - its rumor mill still runs apace. Its latest product is the alleged discovery of a Geekbench listing associated with the Nova 5.

This material shows that a Huawei phone with the model number SEA-AL10G has 8GB of RAM and runs on an 8.core processor, the specs of which are likely to be associated with the Kirin 980. This is in line with previous leaks concerning the Nova 5 - or possibly 5 Pro.

Furthermore, this phone is also thought to be accompanied with others of the same line at launch. They include the Nova 5i, which, according to a new page on JD.com that is a probable placeholder for a sales listing, will also have a Pro variant.
