Adam Audio unveils flagship H715 Reference open-back headphones for accurate monitoring

Adam Audio has unveiled its flagship open-back headphones, the H715 Reference. They come with the Headphone Utility Plug-In for DAWs, enabling accurate software shaping of sound reproduction for a neutral sound that is similar to reference loudspeakers.
The H715 Reference utilizes 40 mm titanium-plated drivers, a tuned suspension system, and a patent-pending ventilation system to reproduce music neutrally, with a broad frequency response of 9 Hz to 40 kHz.
The Headphone Utility Plug-In adds the ability to reproduce the natural stereo crosstalk that occurs when listening to mastering loudspeakers, allowing music producers to accurately monitor their mixes using the headphones. The plug-in also has additional features that give the headphones a variety of useful modes and features, including the ability to adjust their loudness response across their broad frequency range.
The high-resolution headphones come with a 1.3 m (4.3 ft.) unbalanced coiled studio cable and a 3.0 m (9.8 ft.) balanced 4.4 mm cable for connection to audio sources. A dedicated Hi-Fi mode switch enables the balanced audio mode connection. The cables and headphones can be stored in an included hard carry case.
The headband and memory foam ear pads of the 300 g (10.6 oz.) headphones are user-replaceable.
The H715 Reference has an MSRP of $699.99 and will be available soon from the company website and the Adam Audio store on Amazon.
