In addition to the Predator notebooks, Acer showed off its upcoming Predator 8 GT-810 gaming tablet running on Android 5.1. The tablet carries the following specifications:
- Display: 8-inch FHD (1920 x 1080)
- CPU: quad-core Intel Atom x7-Z8700 SoC
- GPU: Integrated Intel HD Graphics (Cherry Trail)
- RAM: 2 GB
- Storage: 32/64 GB eMMC with MicroSD support up to 128 GB
- Cameras: Rear 5 MP, front 2 MP
- Thickness: 8.7 mm
- Speakers: 4 built-in front-facing speakers called "Predator Quatro"
- Weight: 350 g
Other unique features include the eye-catching red speakers and brushed aluminum design. The model will have haptic feedback and 100 percent NTSC color coverage, or what Acer calls "TacSense" and "ColorBlast", respectively. Asphalt 8 will be pre-loaded onto the device with 320000 free in-game credits from Gameloft.
The Predator 8 tablet is coming to EMEA this October for 350 Euros.
