Intel Celeron 807 vs Intel Celeron B815 vs Intel Celeron B810

Intel Celeron 807

► remove

The Intel Celeron 807 is a ULV single core processor for entry level laptops. It is based on the Sandy Bridge architecture (2nd generation Core) and features an integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics based on the HD Graphics 2000 at 350-950 MHz) and a reduced feature set (compared to the faster Core processors). E.g. Turbo Boost, AES, Virtualization VT-d, Quick Sync, Wireless Display and Clear Video HD are deactivated. Furthermore, some power saving features may be deactivated, leading to a shorter battery runtime compared to Core i3 processors.

Due to the slow clock speed, the performance is rather limited. Compared to other Celerons, the 807 should be faster than a Celeron B720, thanks to Hyper-Threading support.

The integrated dual channel DDR3-1066/1333 memory controller supports up to 16GB.

The 17W TDP rating includes the integrated GPU and memory controller and therefore the 807 is suited for small subnotebooks.

Intel Celeron B815

► remove

The Intel Celeron B815 is a dual core processor for entry level laptops. It is based on the Sandy Bridge architecture (2nd generation Core) and features an integrated graphics card called Intel HD Graphics (based on the HD Graphics 2000) at 650-1050MHz and a reduced feature set (compared to the faster Core processors). E.g. Turbo Boost, AES, Hyperthreading, Virtualization VT-d, Quick Sync, Wireless Display and Clear Video HD are deactivated. Furthermore, some power saving features may be deactivated, leading to a shorter battery runtime compared to Core i3 processors.

Compared to the similar Celeron B810, the B815 offers a faster clocked graphics card.

Due to the slow clock speed, the performance is rather limited. Compared to the previous generation, the B810 should be similar fast as a 1.7-2 GHz Arrandale Celeron (e.g. Celeron P4500).

The integrated dual channel DDR3-1066/1333 memory controller supports up to 16GB.

Intel Celeron B810

► remove

The Intel Celeron B810 is a dual core processor for entry level laptops. It is based on the Sandy Bridge architecture (2nd generation Core) and features an integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics based on the HD Graphics 2000 at 650-900MHz) and a reduced feature set (compared to the faster Core processors). E.g. Turbo Boost, AES, Hyperthreading, Virtualization VT-d, Quick Sync, Wireless Display and Clear Video HD are deactivated. Furthermore, some power saving features may be deactivated, leading to a shorter battery runtime compared to Core i3 processors.

The CPU was first leaked in support documents of Fujutsu laptops (Lifebook P701, S751, S761, ...).
