90 Nm & 900 Wh battery: Lemmo 3 combines off-road comfort, child transport and automatic shifting

Lemmo has introduced the Lemmo 3, a new e-bike designed to bridge the gap between an off-road SUV and a heavy-duty longtail cargo bike. Aimed at riders needing both terrain versatility and high load capacity, the Lemmo 3 features an extended, reinforced rear rack capable of carrying heavy cargo or child safety seats.
To ensure ride comfort on unpaved paths, the bike is equipped with full suspension, providing 80 mm of travel at both the front fork and the rear, complemented by a suspended seatpost. Traction and shock absorption are further enhanced by 65 mm wide tires. For stopping power, Lemmo uses a combined hydraulic disc braking system where pulling either brake lever engages both front and rear brakes via integrated proportioning. Additional safety comes in the form of a rear-facing radar system, which detects approaching vehicles from up to 100 meters away.
At its core, the Lemmo 3 utilizes a 90 Nm rear-hub motor, with continuous power output capped to meet regional regulatory limits. Energy is supplied by a large 900 Wh semi-solid-state battery. Lemmo offers the bike in two drivetrain configurations: a traditional derailleur setup with automatic shifting capabilities or a low-maintenance three-speed internal gear hub paired with a carbon belt drive. The Lemmo 3 is scheduled to launch later this month via a crowdfunding campaign with early-bird pricing, ahead of an officially announced MSRP of $3,890.
