Xiaomi has now officially unveiled the Redmi Note 14 SE after announcing the device last week. While the company teased that the new Redmi Note would feature 'killer specs', the truth of the matter is slightly more nuanced than Xiaomi's initial suggestions.
Specifically, the Redmi Note 14 SE is a re-branded Redmi Note 14 5G (curr. $279 on Amazon). As a result, the new device combines a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset with a 5,110 mAh battery that supports 45 W wired charging. The Redmi Note 14 SE also comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that outputs at 1080p and 120 Hz, as well as 50 MP primary (Sony LYT-600), 8 MP ultra-wide-angle, 2 MP depth and 20 MP front-facing cameras.
However, Xiaomi will only offer the Redmi Note 14 SE in Crimson Red, Mystique White and Titan Black colourways. As it stands, the new Redmi Note can be pre-ordered from today via Flipkart with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage for INR 14,999 (~$173). Open sales will commence on August 7 through the same retailer. Please see Flipkart's website for more details.
