vivo V11 review - The next selfie phone that could've been better
Source: Tech Nave English Archive.org version
The vivo V11 actually has plenty of merits, thanks to the beautiful design, multiple AI functions, durable battery and great camera performance (except the AI Low Light Mode which doesn't help much). However, right now there are A LOT of camera-centric mid-range smartphones around in Malaysia and all of them are priced quite competitively against the RM1699 V11.

81% Vivo V11 Review: Fullscreen Android With In-Screen Fingerprint Reader
Source: Ubergizmo English English Archive.org version
The Vivo V11 handset is an exciting handset from a “large display phone” perspective. It delivers a stunning display in a thin-and-light form-factor, which is a priority for many users. The AMOLED display is great, and includes an in-screen fingerprint reader, which still reserved for a tiny club of smartphones. These are very compelling positive points.

vivo V11 Review: One Step Closer to the Future
Source: Unbox English Archive.org version
Even with phones sporting flagship processors at a price that’s cheaper than the V11, vivo’s latest mid-range phone is arguably its best offering to date. While it is technically an affordable version of the X21, the V11 has a lot of improvements that make it better than its more expensive sibling.

Vivo V11 Pro Review
Source: Fone Arena English Archive.org version
The Vivo V11 Pro is a gorgeous phone. Of all its pros and cons, the phone’s design is what will be its biggest selling point. Beyond that though, performance is pretty solid and though it won’t appeal to the gamers in the crowd, most people will find it good enough for every day use. Battery life lasts a solid work day without any issues and the phone supports rapid charging that can top off your phone to 50% in under 30 minutes. The camera is not bad at all and produces images that are contrasty and just slightly over saturated to make them more visually appealing.

70% Vivo V11 Pro review: ‘Almost’ a no-brainer
Source: Gadgets Now English Archive.org version
Vivo V11 Pro tries its best to deliver everything a casual user seeks in a mid-range sub-Rs 30,000 smartphone. For the most part it stays successful but then it also has some competitors in place that have better set of specs on paper. But unlike them, the smartphone has a big battery, impressive AMOLED screen, a competitive camera and way better design. Although the specs are not so premium, it will really feel so when you start using it. There’s hardly any downside if you look at it except for the competitors. The only aspect that gets a mixed reaction is the FunTouch OS UI and the decent Qualcomm processor. In case those are deal breakers for you, then you may probably want to stumble upon the next best option - Asus Zenfone 5Z.

Vivo V11 Review: A mid-range phone with an In-display fingerprint scanner
Source: Manila Shaker English Archive.org version
In conclusion, the Vivo V11 did well. In terms of display, the resolution was good and it provided vibrant colors as well. Although its main highlight is its in-display fingerprint scanner, that’s not all there is to it.

80% Vivo V11 Pro Review
Source: NDTV Gadgets English Archive.org version
The Vivo V11 Pro is a solid all-rounder at Rs. 25,990 and offers better value than the Oppo F9 Pro (Review), but for a bit more money. Think of it as a Vivo X21 with a bigger battery and better front camera, but at a much more reasonable price, which is a good recipe. Obviously, it’s hard to ignore the Poco F1 (Review) at this price level, but getting your hands on one is likely to be difficult for a while, whereas the V11 Pro should have better online and offline availability. Then there’s the Nokia 7 Plus (Review) — a phone that has very similar specifications as the V11 Pro, but with the allure of stock Android One and much better construction quality.

VIVO V11 Review
Source: Yugatech English Archive.org version
The Vivo V11 packs big improvements over its predecessor, the V9. It has a better and prettier design, nicer display with a smaller notch, and packs more power in terms of hardware and software. Frankly speaking, it actually feels like an X21 UD but on steroids.

80% Vivo V11 Pro First Impressions
Source: NDTV Gadgets English Archive.org version
The Vivo V11 Pro doesn’t feel like a drastic upgrade over the V9, which is understandable considering that the V9 launched merely six months ago. We appreciate the upgraded SoC and subtle design changes including the smaller notch, the new colour and the in-display fingerprint sensor. We’re yet to see what the cameras are truly capable of, and the larger battery should offer better standby time compared to the Vivo V9. As for the competition, the V11 Pro has phones such as the Poco F1 (Review) and Oppo F9 Pro to contend with, which should make things interesting for buyers.

Vivo V11 Pro First Impressions: Premium design, immersive display!
Source: The Mobile Indian English Archive.org version
Vivo V11 Pro comes loaded with some pretty amazing features. You get in-display fingerprint sensor coupled with waterdrop-like notch for an immersive screen experience. The design looks promising, though the glass panel is prone to smudges. The camera looks decent and the battery seems to be average. As for the competition is concerned, the phone will face a stiff competition with Poco F1 that offers flagship performance on a budget.

80% Vivo V11 Pro Review: Stylish phone with a capable camera
Source: The Indian Express English Archive.org version
Following in the footsteps of the Oppo F9 Pro, the Vivo V11 Pro has finally arrived in India, opting for a waterdrop notch and gradient design. Vivo V11 Pro is essentially the replica of its Vivo X21 with some minor differences here and there. But are the design talks enough to justify the existence of Vivo V11 Pro for the company? We found out in our review:

Vivo V11 Pro Hands-on [Images]
Source: Mobygyaan English Archive.org version
This year, Vivo has shown up with its two best innovations, the Vivo X21, and the Vivo NEX. The Vivo X21 is the first smartphone in India with an in-display fingerprint scanner while the NEX is more of an evolved flagship with a notch-less design, a pop-up selfie camera, and the same in-display fingerprint scanner. Now the Chinese smartphone maker has launched its latest smartphone Vivo V11 Pro featuring its full-screen waterdrop design and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

80% Vivo V11 Pro review: Almost perfect for the price
Source: India Today English Archive.org version
There are many bits that the Vivo V11 Pro gets right. It has a gorgeous screen and it is a fast performer. The battery life is good enough, the camera is capable in good light, and features like the in-display fingerprint sensor and IR face unlock make the Vivo V11 Pro look like a phone from 2019. The Vivo V11 Pro faces tough competition from phones like the Poco F1 and the Nokia 7 Plus, but I believe that with its unique features it offers enough to become the first choice for many consumers and especially the ones who want their phone thoda hatke.

The vivo V11 is a pioneer of sorts with all the advantages and drawbacks that entails. vivo is keen on using the fingerprint scanners under those OLED screens and we are more than happy with this combo in spite of the sensor's sketchy experience.

Vivo V11 Pro review: well done basics with half-baked extras
Source: Android Authority English Archive.org version
I’m not saying mid-range phones don’t deserve flagship features, but if the attempt falls short, I for one would prefer the basics done well with no extra gimmicks at all. The Vivo V11 bites off more than it can chew, but if it had taken a slightly smaller bite it would’ve ended up being much more fulfilling.

Qualcomm Adreno 512: Integrated graphics card based on the Adreno 500 architecture, like the Adreno 520 in the Snapdragon 820. According to Qualcomm up to 30% faster than the previous generation (Adreno 510?). Supports DirectX12, OpenCL 2.0, OpenGL ES 3.1 + AE.

Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.

SD 660: Fast mid-range ARM SoC with 8 CPU Kryo 260 cores (four fast 2.2 GHz cores in a cluster and two power saving 1.8 GHz cores) and a rather slow Adreno 512 GPU. Manufactured in a 14 nm process.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

6.41":

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.

78.38%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
