Retailer reveals Garmin Forerunner 265 and Forerunner 965 prices with a few details in tow

Leaker @fttest_en has found retailer listings for the Forerunner 265 and Forerunner 965, roughly two weeks after discovering information about the pair at the FCC. Reputedly, Garmin will unveil the Forerunner 265 and Forerunner 965 within the next few weeks, albeit at significantly higher prices than their predecessors. It is worth bearing in mind that RunningXpert is a third-party retailer, so it may charge more than Garmin.

Additionally, we have been unable to verify the discoveries made by @fttest_en. While some search engines return Forerunner 265, Forerunner 265s and Forerunner 965 listings, none have been archived. According to @fttest_en, RunningXpert priced the Forerunner 265 at US$499.99, US$150 more than Garmin charges for the Forerunner 255. Purportedly, Garmin will not release a Forerunner 265 Music either, meaning that the Forerunner 265 will serve as a Forerunner 255 and a Forerunner 255 Music replacement.

For reference, the latter retails for US$399.99, which is still US$100 cheaper than the Forerunner 265. Meanwhile, @fttest_en states that the Forerunner 965 will cost €649.99, €100 more than its predecessor. Currently, @fttest_en expects Garmin to offer the Forerunner 265, Forerunner 265s and the Forerunner 965 in the following colour options:
