New updates arrive for the Mi Mix 3 5G and Poco X3
Xiaomi has been working hard on updating its smartphones as usual. Over the past week, the company has sent out updates to the Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 9, and Redmi Note 8, with the Redmi 7 finally receiving the Android 10 build. The next devices to get updates from Xiaomi are the Poco X3 and the Mi Mix 3 5G, unexpectedly.
The Chinese company is currently rolling out the November security patch to the Poco X3. The update is being sent out to two variants of the device; namely the Russian and Indonesian models of the phone, with build numbers "MIUI V12.0.5.0.QJGRUXM" and "MIUI V12.0.5.0.QJGIDXM " respectively. Evidently, both models are getting the same build.
Meanwhile, the Mi Mix 3 5G is also receiving a new update. This one isn't the November patch, however; it's the December update. That's quite uncharacteristic for the device that has been ignored for most of its time on the market. The update bears the designation "MIUI V12.0.2.0.PEMMIXM", showing that it's for the global model of the device.
