Two new Casio Pro Trek watches are on the way. The hybrid PRW-61ANS-3 and the digital PRG-340ANS-3 models are set to be released in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the sub-brand.
Images of the Casio Pro Trek PRW-61ANS-3 and PRG-340ANS-3 have been leaked by Casioblog, which does not cite its source. The PRW-61ANS-3 is a khaki watch with a dark green watch face and many gold accents, including a gold ion-plated stainless steel bezel. The PRG-340ANS-3 has a similar khaki and gold color scheme, with a green-tinted digital display at its centre. On both of the watches' khaki resin straps, the various Pro Trek models and their release years are debossed.
These upcoming Casio Pro Trek watches are expected to be equipped with the brand's triple sensor technology, support world time and feature tools like a stopwatch, timer and alarms. They should offer Tough Solar charging, 100 m water resistance and operate in temperatures as low as -10°C (~14°F). The PRW-61ANS-3 should be a radio-controlled (Multiband 6) model, and the PRG-340ANS-3 could have a duplex LCD for an advanced compass feature, as well as sunrise/sunset time information.
The Casio Pro Trek 30th Anniversary PRW-61ANS-3 and PRG-340ANS-3 watches are expected to be released in fall 2025, though an exact release date has yet to be announced. Rumors suggest that the PRW-61ANS-3 could retail for around $500, while the PRG-340ANS-3 is likely to be priced between $340 and $400; for context, the older PRG-3401-1 retails for $310 in the US (curr. $179.99 at Amazon).
