The Alters is a new game from 11 Bit Studios that has received thousands of positive reviews since its launch a week ago. Praised for its unique store, graphics, and gameplay, the game is available to buy now with a 30% discount, making it a no-brainer.

The Alters is the latest game from 11 bit studios, the developer of hits such as This War of Mine and Frostpunk. The game launched on Steam on June 13 with a 10% discount that brings the price down from $34.99 to $31.49. While that is a good deal, there's a significantly better deal.

According to its Steam listing, 11 Bit Studios' new game has received a total of 4,539 user reviews at the time of writing, and 89% of those reviews are 'very positive'. Many of the reviews have praised the story, gameplay, and graphics. One review even described the game as a mash up of the video games Death Stranding, Detroit: Become Human, and Soma, and the movie, Mickey 17.

Not one of the reviews has complained about the price of the game which means it is worth its price; but if you think $31.49 is still a bit too much, then Fanatical's deal is right up your alley. The game store has a mouth-watering 30% discount on The Alters, bringing the price down from $34.99 to $24.99 for the standard edition.

The Deluxe Edition which includes deluxe outfits and a future DLC also gets a 30% discount, and can be purchased for $34.62 instead of $49.67. Whichever one you purchase, you get a key that can be redeemed on Steam. The deal is available until June 26.

The Alters is SteamOS compatible, so if you own the Steam Deck or a Lenovo Legion Go (curr. available on Amazon for $519.98) running SteamOS, you should definitely grab it.
