Deal | Steam adds fresh wave of free games ^↺

Steam has received yet another batch of newly released free games. This comes after X user @SteamGamesPC spotted tens of new $0 titles that launched in the month of May 2025. As for the newly discovered ones, they were launched in either late May or early June. Here's more information about the newly released $0 titles that have decent player ratings:

• Tails of the North - a third-person story-focused free game with an emphasis on exploration and adventure. It became available on May 26 and has a "Positive" player review that's based on 13 reviews.
• Gravebound - described as a first-person arena shooter with mechanics inspired by survivor games. This action game launched on Steam on June 5, and it currently has a "Very Positive" rating that's based on 80 reviews.
• Ventomori - an online co-op puzzle entry that puts the players in the feet of intrepid astronauts. This free game became available on June 2, and it has a "Positive" rating with 17 player reviews.
• Moon Tropica - described as a competitive combat game with multiple PvP modes. It launched as a freebie on Steam on June 5, and it currently has a "Positive" player rating that's based on 10 reviews.
• Arcane Archer - said to be a 3D platformer with speedrun maps and an online leaderboard. This free game became available to download on June 5 and has a "Positive" rating that's from 14 reviews.
• The New Flesh - a first-person indie game where players get to explore a strange world filled with secrets. It launched on Steam as a free-to-play title, and it currently has an "Overwhelmingly Positive" rating with 716 reviews.
• A Simple job - a casual adventure title with multiple endings and a strange storyline. This free game launched on Steam on June 6, and it currently has a "Very Positive" rating.
• Highway Hopper - described as a fast-paced platformer with retro-styled pixel visuals and a high score system. It launched as a free game on June 6 and has a "Positive" overall rating that's from 11 reviews.
• Ruyn HD -  said to be the HD Unreal Engine 5 remake of the minimalist boomer shooter Ruyn. This action-free game became available on June 3, and it currently has a "Positive" overall rating based on 25 player reviews.
• Living Nightmares - False Familiar - described as a horror title with a disturbing narrative. It became available on Steam on June 9 and features a "Positive" overall rating that's based on 15 reviews.
