Hands-On with the ZTE's 7" T98 tablet
Last month at MWC in Barcelona, smartphone-manufacturer ZTE officially launched 4 new Android tablets. The V9S, V96, PF100 and T98 tablets were all unveiled at the conference, and we now got a chance to go hands-on with the T98 at the Game Developers Conference here in San Francisco.
Coming in at 7", the T98 is a mid-level offering by ZTE but still manages to pack a quad-core Tegra 3 processor and a resolution of 1280x768 pixels. In addition, the device comes with a pair of cameras (5MP and 2MP), 1GB of DDR2 RAM and 16GB of eMMC storage. The device is powered by Android 4.0 ICS; however, no pricing or release info have been yet released.
We managed to spend a bit of time with the T98 here at GDC, and overall the tablet appears to be very sleek. Of course, don't just take our word for it and check out the video and images below.
