Teaser
Sprint to bring ZTE’s latest Optik for just $100 but with a contract of 2 years

It has recently been revealed that Sprint will be releasing a new tablet called the ZTE Optik. This tablet will 7 inches in size and the device will be starting its sales online by February 5th and will be in the stores by 11th of March 2012.

The most attracting feature for this tablet is the price. The Optik will be made available only for $100. An optional smart cover was also revealed which will cost almost half of the price of the device.

The Optik is powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and will be powered by Android 3.2 Honeycomb. The tablet also sports a 5megapixel rear camera and a 2megapixel front camera. This device has a storage of 16GB and also has 1GB RAM. For extra memory a Micro SD card slot is also provided.

Other basic specifications are also provided by ZTE which includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and even 3G connectivity. The device will mostly run on a 4000mAh battery.

The price of $100 is with a contract of 2 year agreement with Sprint, however if you want the device alone off contract then you will need to pay $349.

Almost everything is great for this device as it is available to the consumers at such a low price but the agreement of 2 years really seems a bit long. However, you will never get such a deal in the market so better not think much about the deal and grab one as soon as it arrives to the market.

The cover provided at half the price of the device will actually be made available by the end of February. They also have uploaded about it and its details.
