Baseus has launched new affordable wireless earbuds in China, the BP1. The company claims that it can offer up to 41 hours of battery life with the charging case. As for the buds, they are rated for up to 7 hours of playback with the ANC turned off, which drops to 5.5 hours when noise-cancelling mode is activated.
On that note, Baseus claims that the BP1 wireless earbuds can offer up to 43 dB of noise reduction, thanks to the AI-powered four-microphone setup. The company further notes that the noise-cancelling buds support spatial audio, and they can offer "panoramic sound effects" for an immersive listening experience.
As for the design, the Baseus BP1 are said to feature a comfort-focused build. The buds are claimed to weigh as low as 4.1 grams, and the shape promotes all-day comfort. The brand also claims that the wireless earbuds come with the IP55 rating, making them resistant to rain and splashes.
Among the other highlights of the new earbuds are dynamic bass boost technology, fast charging support, Bluetooth 6.0, and availability in four different colors. Baseus launched BP1 in China with a launch price of CNY 142, which translates to around $20. There's no word on a global release yet, but it's worth mentioning that the company already sells the Pro version in the international market (curr. $27.99 on Amazon).
