Garmin could be releasing another LTE smartwatch in the near future. Recent reports indicate that it will be available in multiple colorways, with LTE enabling phone-free messaging and location tracking. Plus, it appears that this model will be available in more countries than its predecessor.

Another Garmin smartwatch is rumored to be launching in the near future: the Bounce 2. Reports about this kids smartwatch began shortly after the unreleased Garmin Venu 4 smartwatch was spotted on the brand’s website in Sweden.

Recent reports from Garmin Rumors suggests that the Bounce 2 smartwatch could be released in the next few days, with an RRP between £200 and £250 in the UK. As a reminder, the original Bounce wearable (curr. $149 at Amazon) was not released in this market. The older model is available in the US and Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, and nine European countries, including the Netherlands, Spain and France (full list of countries here). The blog indicates that the Bounce 2 will be offered in three colorways, like its predecessor. However, the full specifications of this model have yet to be revealed. Garmin Rumors suggests that the report is based on “credible intel”, without naming a specific source.

Garmin’s Bounce kids smartwatch was released in November 2022. It supports LTE connectivity with a subscription, enabling features like text and voice messaging, location tracking and an Assistance feature available without a smartphone. Other tools include sports apps with GPS to track activity, check-in reminders, and weather updates. It remains to be seen precisely when the Garmin Bounce 2 kids smartwatch could arrive, and in which markets.
