Another brand new Casio G-Shock streetwear-inspired collab watch on its way
Amid multiple partnerships between Casio and apparel brands as of late (like the recent Ron Herman x G-Shock watch), UK-based sneaker boutique Offspring just teased an upcoming collaboration with G-Shock. A single post on Instagram shared by both @offspringhq and @gshock_uk features cracked cement with both brand logos carved into the surface, followed by the words "Coming Soon."
For those who don't know, Offspring is a key player in UK streetwear and sneaker culture. The brand has often collaborated with other brands like Asics, Adidas, and New Balance. But this marks the first time they’ve linked up with G-Shock.
The teaser image doesn’t show the actual watch, but if we go by themes, toughness and urban grit are seemingly heavily focused, which is actually quite consistent with both Offspring’s branding and G-Shock's design DNA. A stylized face representing Offspring’s mascot is engraved below the G-Shock logo, while a jagged crack runs through the entire visual.
Although there are no confirmed specs yet, it's very reasonable to expect this will be a limited-edition model with co-branded details and some visual storytelling built into the case, strap, or back engraving. Previous streetwear collaborations with brands like Bape, HUF, and Stüssy have been on popular base models like the DW-6900, GA-2100, or GA-110, so this release may follow a similar path.
For now, there’s no confirmed launch date, but comments under the post tell us that the anticipation is already high. G-Shock UK has also limited comments on the post, likely to keep speculation under control ahead of a formal announcement. More details will likely emerge over the coming week.
