Xiaomi reveals new Smart Bathroom Heater N1 with rapid heating
The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Bathroom Heater N1 is now available to pre-order in China. The multifunctional device can generate heat or draw fresh air into the room and also has an integrated lighting panel.
According to Xiaomi, the rapid heating graphene technology allows the Mijia Smart Bathroom Heater N1 to heat up to 15°C (~32°F) in one minute. A sensor ensures a consistent temperature is maintained, and the device has 2,650W rated power. With a 120° wide angle, the product can quickly circulate fresh or warm air around your room, at up to 240 m³ (~8,500 ft³). There is also a light panel with up to 1,300 lumens brightness. On top of this, the company claims that the device can produce plasma clusters to disinfect your bathroom. You can adjust the settings of the smart home device with the accompanying wireless remote control panel. Alternatively, you can control the heater through the Xiaomi app or with Xiao AI voice commands.
The ceiling-mounted panel measures 600 x 300 mm (~23.6 x 11.8 inches) and has a white finish. You can pre-order the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Bathroom Heater N1 in China for 649 yuan (~$91), and it will retail for 699 yuan (~$99). Whether or when this smart home product could launch in Europe, where you can already buy products like the Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400, is unclear.
